What is the Difference Between Leasehold and Freehold?
Buying a condo on freehold means that your purchase comes with full ownership of the property and the land. This means that you have the right to live there indefinitely. While leasehold means that you are leasing the land from the landowner for a period of time. When the lease contract has expired the property will belong to the landowner.
